    I don't mind xbox live is not free. Most(not all) free services usually end up having a degradation of performance because of the amount of use and the inability to update any hardware or increase performance.

    Nope, and I hope it never does become free. At least with a yearly fee and the risk of having your gamertag banned if you mess around it prevents a lot of idiots joining
